Urgent air freight

YOUR EXPRESS FREIGHT IN SAFE HANDS

If an assembly line standstill becomes increasingly likely due to a lack of components or spare parts, manufacturing companies in the automotive or chemical industries often face severe contractual penalties. Delays in production can mean that delivery deadlines can no longer be met. In such cases, an express freight delivery by air can avert high financial penalties and thus prevent huge economic damage. Deutsche-Privatjet’s express transport department can fly essential components or spare parts to your plant or production facility quickly and reliably, thereby ensuring that your end products are manufactured on time.

EXPRESS AIR FREIGHT BY CHARTER AIRCRAFT – NO TRAFFIC JAMS OR DETOURS

Express transports by road are often more difficult to plan in terms of delivery times. Traffic jams, accidents, roadworks, prescribed driving times or breakdowns can all prevent the punctual delivery of goods. In contrast, express freight by air is a fast and flexible way to transport chemicals or missing components to your production site. Of course, we don’t have to worry about traffic jams or roadworks for your express freight delivery by plane, so you will often receive your goods within a few hours.

Naturally, we will also take care of the pre- and post-flight aspects of your express freight flight. We will receive your freight at the factory and load it onto Euro-pallets, into wire cages or other suitable transport containers. For each load, we aim to make the most of the load capacity of the cargo aircraft. This means that we can always offer you the most effective transport solution – fast, reliable and cost effective.

EXPRESS TRANSPORT BY AIR FOR DANGEROUS GOODS (DGR)

IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations prohibit the transport of many dangerous goods on passenger flights. These goods are listed with the designation DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations). This often presents difficulties for manufacturing companies, because airbags, lithium batteries and many chemical substances are among the dangerous goods that cannot be flown using the usual transport routes and methods.

We can deliver hazardous materials to your desired destination quickly, safely and reliably as air freight. For every order, we will also take care of the communication and arrangements with the competent authorities and regulatory bodies.

TRANSPORT BY TRUCK TO COMPLETE THE JOURNEY

We know from experience that every minute counts when a production standstill is imminent. We often combine different transport methods and routes for the most efficient journey. For example, a truck covers the first part of the route to the cargo plane. From there, the aircraft flies the express freight to the destination airport and then another vehicle transports it to the production facility.

FOR SHORT DISTANCES: EXPRESS FREIGHT BY HELICOPTER

On short flight routes, we offer express delivery by helicopter. We can receive small or large loads at the factory and can often fly to the destination factory gate without stopping. This enables us to deliver replacement parts, components and chemicals within a few hours.

For us, it does not matter whether your express freight is to be transported in wire cages, on Euro-pallets, on other pallets or packaged up. We always make full use of the capacity of our helicopter so that we can offer you the most cost-effective transport solution. This way, we can fly components, accessories, spare parts or chemicals to you as quickly as possible and save your company from facing production bottlenecks.
