Euro 2020 at Johan Cruijff ArenA Amsterdam

The football stadium in Amsterdam already has European Championship experience: games were played here during the European Football Championships in 2000, held in Belgium and the Netherlands, even though then the stadium was still called the 'Amsterdam Arena'. It was not until the summer of 2018 that the name was changed to the Johan Cruijff ArenA, in honour of the most famous Dutch player of all time.

In the group stage of the Euro 2020 Championship, all Group C games in which the Dutch team will play will take place in Amsterdam. The Oranje team will be looking forward to a home game atmosphere when they face the Ukraine, Austria and one of the play-off teams. The other Group C games will be played in Bucharest. The Round of 16 match between the second-placed team in Group A and the second-placed team in Group B will also be played in the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Therefore, teams like Switzerland or Turkey in Group A, and Russia or Denmark in Group B, could have the pleasure of playing in Amsterdam.

Euro 2020 matches at Johan Cruijff ArenA Amsterdam by private jet

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is one of the largest airports in Europe. However, during Euro 2020 numerous scheduled airliners will bring international fans to Amsterdam, which is likely to push even Schiphol to its limits. After all, it won't just be football fans with valid tickets making their way to Amsterdam; many Euro 2020 tourists will just want to enjoy the atmosphere in the Fan Zones and watch the games on the big screens.

While tickets for scheduled flights will probably be scarce around the time of the Euro 2020 matches, a private jet to Amsterdam can be made available at any time, even at short notice. Instead of travelling in a fully booked airliner with a rigid flight plan, you will be able to travel comfortably and flexibly in a private jet. This way, a spontaneous short trip to watch the game is just as possible as a short break of a few days in the Dutch capital, planned around a Euro 2020 match. When travelling alone or in a small group, many private flight customers opt for a cost-effective journey in a light jet. Large groups and VIPs tend to prefer larger aircraft that offer more seats or greater luxury. In cooperation with our sister company Deutsche-Helikopter, we can also offer you a convenient helicopter transfer from the airport to the stadium.

You can place your trust in our expertise and reliability when you hire a private jet with us. It will be no problem for us to book one of the sought-after landing slots at Schiphol airport for you, on the busy dates around Euro 2020. If this is no longer possible due to the last-minute nature of the request, we will arrange for you to travel to an alternative airport with a subsequent transfer to the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Of course, on your journey you will be able to access all the amenities of a private flight, including bespoke catering, discreet and relaxed check-in and the arrangement of the cabin interior according to your wishes.
